 a.    There are more than 1000 properties. 

b.   Many properties have been surreptiously alienated due to illegal activates of Mutawallis and committees of Management. 

c.    We are now tapping the wakf Board to give us on consideration lists of Shia Wakf properties and are setting up panels and groups to do so.  

d.   We are already defending and acquiring Shia properties by spending time, money and manpower as fast as possible.

e.    We are setting up office, staff and manpower to attend on payment basis to Wakf properties as that these can be saved. Advocates and Engineers are being appointed to work on a fast forward track. 

f.  we shall set up soon a compact office with staff, advocates and necessary manpower to address the problem and difficulties of the Wakf Estates Mutawallis and committees of Management will be requested to cooperate or transfer authority to capable persons our estimated current expenses will be approx Rs. 3 to 5 lakhs per month depending on the speed with which we want to function.  

g.    we are holding two public conferences & seminars of H.I.H (A.S) where intellectuals, educationist, public reknown figures from all religious will speak on his life & sacrifice our gathering will be composed of all sects
